Account Deletion Request

Use the form on this page to submit your account deletion request. When you request to delete your Scytáles app account, your user data associated with the app account is going to be deleted. Temporary account deactivation, disabling, or “freezing” the app account does not qualify as account deletion.

In-app deletion of an account request is possible through the in-app support channel.
